Description

Product Overview

Move from shaping a jewelry component to polishing its final details with a hanging motor, flexible shaft and lightweight handpiece. The Tooltos 200W flex shaft machine delivers up to 20,000 RPM, while the stepless foot pedal lets you adjust speed without taking your hands away from the work.

Designed for jewelry polishing, engraving, carving and small-part finishing, the machine combines a full copper motor with a 100cm flexible shaft and a chuck range of 0 to 5mm. Choose the 110V or 220V version to suit your workshop power supply.

Key Features

200W Full Copper Motor

The 200W full copper motor delivers up to 20,000 RPM for jewelry polishing, engraving, carving and metal finishing. Integrated heat vents on the motor housing prevent overheating during extended use sessions.

Hands Free Stepless Speed Control

Use the foot pedal to start, stop and vary speed from 0 to 20,000 RPM. Keep your grip on the handpiece and workpiece as you move between controlled detail work and faster material removal.

100cm Flexible Shaft and Hanging Motor

Suspend the motor above the bench and hold the handpiece rather than the motor weight. The 100cm flexible shaft allows comfortable working angles for detailed tasks while helping reduce hand fatigue.

Adjustable Chuck for Rotary Accessories

The 0 to 5mm chuck range accommodates a variety of burrs, drill bits, polishing mandrels and sanding accessories. Check both shank fit and the accessory speed rating before use.

Suitable Applications

  • Jewelry making: polishing, engraving, texturing and deburring small metal components.
  • Carving: shaping and detailing wood or bone with suitable rotary accessories.
  • Metal finishing: precision grinding, drilling and surface preparation.
  • Model making: shaping and finishing small models and prototype parts.

Important Function Clarification

This is a flexible shaft rotary machine. Its polishing, engraving and carving functions depend on the accessory fitted and the material being worked. It is intended for detailed bench work, not as a replacement for a heavy-duty grinder. Accessories with shanks larger than 5mm are outside the listed chuck range.

Basic Operating Steps

  1. Check the voltage and read the instruction manual before connecting power.

  5. Release the pedal, wait for rotation to stop and disconnect power before changing accessories or cleaning.

Voltage and Plug Information

Select 110V or 220V before ordering and match it to your actual workshop supply. These are separate voltage options, not a stated universal-voltage input. Contact us to confirm the supplied plug type if needed. A plug adapter does not convert voltage.

Safety Information

  • Wear eye protection and use appropriate dust control for the material being worked.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing and jewelry away from rotating parts.
  • Never exceed the accessory speed rating or use damaged accessories.
  • Keep motor vents clear. Do not sharply bend the shaft or tightly coil it during storage.
  • Clean the chuck after use and lubricate the shaft monthly with suitable flex shaft lubricant, following the manual.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I control the speed while holding the handpiece?

Yes. The stepless foot pedal allows hands-free speed adjustment up to 20,000 RPM, so you can maintain your grip during detailed work.

Which rotary accessories can I use?

Choose accessories with shanks within the listed 0 to 5mm chuck range, and check their speed ratings and suitability for the material. Shank fit alone does not establish suitability for every task.

Can I use this for extended work sessions?

Yes. The full copper motor with heat vents is designed for sustained use. Taking short breaks every 2 to 3 hours allows the motor to cool and extends its service life.

Is the flexible shaft replaceable?

Yes. The flexible shaft is a replaceable component. Its service life depends on use and maintenance. Contact us for help identifying a suitable replacement.

How should I mount the motor?

Use a secure hook, arm or stand above the work area so the shaft can hang in a natural curve. Avoid mounting positions that force the shaft into a sharp bend.

K.K.

This is a knockoff of a model that isn’t made anymore nor supported. Had to buy cable grease and the tool to use for adjusting the cable length. Had great difficulty attaching the cable to the hand piece. Finally got it to work.
