Which Products Can Be Returned?
Jewelry Machines
Must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Includes: Casting Machines, Rolling Mills, Spot Welders, Flex Shaft Machines, Burnout Furnaces.
Accessories & Consumables
Must be returned within 30 days. Must be unopened or unused.
Includes: Polishing Compounds, Buffing Wheels, Abrasives, Drill Bits, Saw Blades.
Hand Jewelry Tools
Must be returned within 30 days. Must be in original good condition.
Includes: Hammers, Mandrels, Pliers, Calipers, Gravers, Files, Measuring Tools.
How to Return a Product
Step 1 — Submit a Return Request
Contact our support team via sales@tooltos.com or WhatsApp. Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Step 2 — Prepare Your Package
Pack the product securely in its original box. Include all accessories, manuals, and components that came with the product.
Step 3 — Ship to Tooltos
Use a reliable carrier with tracking. Our team will provide the return shipping address upon approval of your request.
Step 4 — Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Yes. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Do I need to include all accessories and manuals?
Yes. Please include all original components for a full refund or replacement to be processed.
What if my machine stops working after the 30-day period?
