Tooltos offers worldwide shipping with support from our U.S., Spain, Poland, and China warehouses to provide faster and more flexible fulfillment for selected products and destinations.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For heavy machines, oversized products, pre-order items, or temporarily out-of-stock products, processing time may be longer. If so, we will contact you by email.

2. Multiple Warehouse Fulfillment

To provide faster and more flexible delivery, Tooltos fulfills orders from multiple warehouse locations based on product availability, destination, and the most efficient shipping route.

Our current warehouse network includes:

• United States warehouse
• Spain warehouse
• Poland warehouse
• China warehouse

Whenever possible, orders will be shipped from the warehouse that offers the most efficient fulfillment option for your destination.

This multi-warehouse system helps us:

• shorten delivery times for eligible orders
• improve delivery stability
• reduce cross-border transit delays for selected destinations
• provide more flexible shipping solutions for heavy or bulky products

Please note that not all items are stocked in every warehouse. Depending on stock availability, order contents, and destination, some orders may still be shipped from China.

• postal code
• product weight and dimensions
• shipping method
• warehouse availability
• carrier availability

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the most accurate shipping rate available for your order at that time.

We offer shipping to many countries and regions worldwide where carrier service is available.

Please note that some remote areas, islands, military addresses, special territories, or restricted destinations may not be eligible for standard shipping services, may require extra shipping charges, or may require manual confirmation before shipment.

If your address falls into a non-serviceable or restricted area, we may contact you to confirm an alternative shipping option, an additional surcharge, or an order adjustment.

Available shipping methods vary depending on the product, destination, package size, and warehouse location. Typical delivery times are:

• Economy / Special Line Shipping: 8–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, flight schedules, peak seasons, local carrier delays, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For heavy machinery, large parcels, oversized items, or multi-package shipments, shipping costs may vary significantly depending on destination and shipping method.

In some cases, freight shipping or a customized shipping quote may be required. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before shipment.

In that case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
