Description
- Dual PID Control Modes — Use manual PID control for custom temperature schedules, or switch to the auto 5-stage program for plaster mold burnout.
- Auto 5-Stage Burnout Program — Preset heating curve helps reduce manual temperature adjustment during wax burnout and flask preparation.
- Wax Drain & Exhaust Port — Helps release gases and collect melted wax for a cleaner, safer burnout workflow.
- 800°C Max Temperature — Designed for wax burnout, flask preheating, mold baking and small jewelry casting preparation.
- 1500W Fast Heating System — Reaches 800°C in approximately 30 minutes with a 150 × 150 × 200 mm chamber for up to 4" × 7" flasks.
The Tooltos Dual PID Burnout Furnace offers two control modes in one machine — manual PID for custom temperature schedules and a one-key automated 5-stage program optimized for plaster mold lost wax casting. With an exhaust and wax drain system, rapid 30-minute heat-up to 800°C, and professional steel construction, it is designed for production casting studios and professional jewelry workshops that need both flexibility and automation.
This model includes two independent PID controllers: Controller 1 for fully manual custom temperature control (0–800°C), and Controller 2 for the preset automated burnout program. You can switch between manual and auto workflows without reprogramming. The 5-Stage Segmented model has one controller with a fixed program only.
Key Features
- Dual PID Controllers — Controller 1 allows manual temperature setting (0–800°C) for custom materials and schedules. Controller 2 runs a preset 5-stage automated program for plaster mold burnout — press start and walk away.
- Exhaust and Wax Drain System — Safe gas removal and wax collection during burnout cycles for cleaner, safer operation.
- Rapid Heat-Up — Reaches 800°C in 30 minutes for efficient workflow.
- Gypsum Inner Lining — Designed for fast heating and good heat retention during burnout cycles.
- Professional Steel Construction — Stainless steel shell with heat-resistant coating for durable daily use.
- Universal Voltage — Available in 110V and 220V for worldwide use.

Operating Notes
- Empty the wax collection tray after each burnout cycle.
- Ensure the exhaust port is unobstructed during operation. Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Center flasks in the chamber and leave at least 1 inch clearance between flask and chamber walls.
- Allow complete cooling before cleaning the interior.
- This furnace is designed for wax burnout and mold baking. For direct metal melting, a dedicated melting furnace is recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the two PID controllers?
Controller 1 allows manual temperature setting (0–800°C) for custom needs. Controller 2 runs an automated 5-stage program optimized for plaster mold burnout — press start and the furnace completes the full cycle automatically.
How is this different from the 5-Stage Segmented model?
The 5-Stage Segmented model has one PID controller with a fixed program. This Dual PID model has two independent controllers — one for fully manual custom temperature control, one for the automated program — giving you more flexibility without reprogramming.
How long does the automated program take?
Approximately 9.5 hours from start to casting-ready temperature (780°C).
Is the gypsum lining replaceable?
Yes. Contact sales@tooltos.com for replacement parts and installation guidance.
Does the exhaust port require external ventilation?
The exhaust port helps release gases during burnout. Use in a well-ventilated area or connect to external ventilation for optimal safety.
What voltage options are available?
Available in 110V and 220V. Select the correct voltage for your region at the time of purchase.
