Operation Steps

1. Connect the electrode clamp to the negative output pole and the electrode holder to the positive output pole. Turn on the power supply and power switch.
2. Adjust the power knob using coarse and fine adjustment to the required output level.
3. Use tweezers to clamp the workpiece and align the interface with the tungsten needle at approximately 5 mm distance. The workpiece must not contact the needle. The tungsten needle can be resharpened on a grinder.
4. Step on the foot switch briefly to complete the spot weld. Release immediately after each weld.

Safety Notes

• Do not hold the foot switch down continuously — step and release immediately. Prolonged contact puts the machine in short-circuit state and will damage internal circuits.
• Welding flash is harmful to eyes. Use appropriate eye protection during operation.
• Do not touch the metal parts of the tungsten needle and tweezers simultaneously while the foot switch is engaged.
• Do not disassemble the machine — high voltage is present internally.
