The Tooltos 1800W Digital Gold Jewelry Electric Melting Furnace with Protective Grid reaches 1050°C in approximately 45 minutes with PID digital temperature control and ±5°C accuracy. The protective grid adds an extra layer of safety. The high-temperature ceramic chamber and ceramic crucible deliver reliable results for metal casting and alloying. The ceramic crucible is not suitable for melting precious metals such as gold, silver or platinum. It is ideal for copper, aluminum and other non-precious metals.

Heating Element Protection and Usage Cycle
The default temperature is 1050°C. Make only minor adjustments as needed. Higher settings accelerate heating element wear. Actual chamber temperature may run 50–100°C above the display value, so allow for this margin.
Do not run the unit continuously for extended periods. After each casting cycle, power off and allow the machine to cool completely before starting the next cycle.
