Description

100W Pneumatic Jewelry Engraving Machine with Built-In Air Supply and Foot Pedal

Product Overview

The HH-AT01 is a compact pneumatic impact engraving machine designed for jewelry engraving, surface texturing, fine carving and compatible stone-setting work.

Its built-in air supply powers the pneumatic engraving handpiece without requiring a separate external air compressor, helping simplify setup and save valuable workbench space.

Independent POWER and SPEED controls allow the operator to adjust the relative impact strength and stroke frequency according to the material, graver and task. The included foot pedal provides convenient hands-free activation while the operator guides the handpiece.

The complete kit includes a pneumatic handpiece, foot pedal, six engraving gravers, six color-coded quick-change chucks and the necessary connection accessories.

Key Features

Built-In Air Supply

The integrated air supply powers the pneumatic handpiece without requiring an external air compressor, providing a more compact setup for jewelry workshops.

Adjustable Impact Controls

Separate POWER and SPEED knobs allow the operator to adjust the relative impact strength and stroke frequency for different engraving and setting applications.

Foot Pedal Operation

The included foot pedal provides convenient hands-free activation, allowing the operator to concentrate on controlling the graver and workpiece.

Pneumatic Impact Handpiece

The handpiece produces rapid reciprocating impacts that drive the graver through suitable jewelry metals. It is an impact engraving system rather than a rotary grinding tool.

Digital Setting Display

The front digital display provides a clear reference for the selected relative operating setting.

Quick-Change Tool System

Six color-coded quick-change chucks and six engraving gravers are included, making it easier to organize and change tools for different engraving profiles.

Compact Workbench Design

With a main unit size of approximately 22 × 12 × 18cm, the machine fits comfortably into professional jewelry workshops, repair studios and training environments.

Suitable Applications

  • Hand engraving on jewelry metals
  • Letter and decorative pattern engraving
  • Surface texturing
  • Stippling and matte effects
  • Fine metal carving
  • Metal inlay work
  • Bead raising and compatible stone-setting preparation
  • Jewelry repair and customization
  • Goldsmith and silversmith work
  • Jewelry engraving practice and training

Suitable Materials

  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Copper
  • Brass
  • Platinum
  • Compatible jewelry alloys
  • Suitable small metal components

Important: Performance on hardened steel, titanium and other hard alloys depends on the material hardness, graver material, cutting geometry, machine setting and operator technique. Test the settings on scrap material before working on a finished piece.

Important Function Clarification

This product is a pneumatic impact engraving machine. It is not:

  • A rotary flex-shaft tool
  • A rotary grinding machine
  • A laser engraver
  • A CNC engraving machine
  • An automatic pattern reproduction system
  • A gemstone cutting machine

All engraving movements and patterns must be manually guided by the operator.
