The Tooltos JH-CM06 is an all-in-one jewelry vacuum casting and melting machine designed for small-studio lost wax casting workflows. It integrates a 1500W melting furnace, 400W casting system and built-in 2L vacuum pump into one compact unit. With a larger 230 × 230 mm vacuum table, it offers more working surface for investment mold preparation compared to standard compact models. Suitable for casting gold, silver, copper, brass, bronze, aluminum and other jewelry alloys below 1100°C. Ideal for jewelry studios, schools, repair shops and small-batch jewelry production.

Does this machine include a vacuum pump?
Yes. The JH-CM06 has a built-in 2L vacuum pump. No external vacuum pump is required.
Is vacuum oil included?
No. Vacuum oil is not included and must be added before first use. Operating without vacuum oil will prevent the machine from functioning and may cause permanent pump damage.
What metals can this machine melt?
Gold, silver, copper, brass, bronze, aluminum and jewelry alloys with melting points below 1100°C. Not suitable for platinum, stainless steel or titanium.
Can this machine be used for platinum casting?
No. Platinum melts at 1768°C, which exceeds this machine’s 1100°C maximum temperature.
What is the difference between the JH-CM06 and HH-CM06?

Do I still need a burnout furnace?
Yes. A separate burnout furnace is required to burn out the wax before casting. The JH-CM06 handles melting and vacuum casting, not wax burnout.
