The Tooltos HH-CM06 is an all-in-one jewelry vacuum casting and melting machine designed for small-studio lost-wax casting workflows. It integrates a 1500W melting furnace, 400W casting system, built-in 2L vacuum pump, transparent vacuum hood, pressure gauge and 2KG graphite crucible into one compact unit. With a maximum temperature of 1100°C and support for flasks up to 4" × 7", it is suitable for casting gold, silver, copper, brass, bronze, aluminum and other jewelry alloys below 1100°C. Ideal for jewelry studios, schools, repair shops and small-batch jewelry production.

Does this machine include a vacuum pump?
Yes. The HH-CM06 includes a built-in 2L vacuum pump. No external vacuum pump is required.
Does this machine melt metal?
Yes. It includes a 1500W melting furnace and reaches up to 1100°C. Suitable for jewelry alloys below 1100°C.
Can it cast platinum?
No. Platinum requires a much higher melting temperature (1768°C) and is not suitable for this machine.
Is vacuum oil included?
No. Vacuum oil is required before first use and sold separately. Do not run the machine without vacuum oil.
What flask size can it fit?
It supports flasks up to 4" × 7".
Does it replace a burnout furnace?
No. Wax burnout still requires a separate burnout furnace before casting.
How is this different from the 1250°C Vacuum Casting Machine?
The 1250°C machine requires an external vacuum pump. The HH-CM06 has a built-in 2L vacuum pump and also supports vacuum investing, making it a more complete all-in-one system.
