I have received the unit, and it is amazing. I have used this unit just about everyday. It has saved my arm from getting worn out on my manual unit. Trying to roll out wire on a manual rolling mill is more than exhausting. So glad I found this unit. It was almost $1500.00 cheaper than the one I was going to get from a company here in the states.(won’t mention any names). I have emailed Tooltos and they have been very quick to respond and assured me that they stand behind their products. The only down side to this was DHL, (the shipping company)almost lost my order. Had to stay on them for updates. Nevertheless, I am very please with the unit, and will be ordering again from Tooltos in the future.

Hi, can’t really use ours much as it arrived very damaged from UPS and missing the top price to turn the rolls, UPS take no responsibility for it, I’ve been contacted the seller and had little response and keep saying he will sort it but still got a machine that is damaged and can’t use, it’s cheaper than anywhere else but shipping takes a while and custom charges are extra on top and if you get a machine like ours damaged it might be better to pay for the extra and get a product in your own country
