Un packaging now. Concerned at the the two top gears being attached loosely. Concern is that machine will be a problem keeping the two sides adjusted the same.
Hi Eric, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your concern and recommend checking the gears to ensure they are properly tightened. Please don’t be concerned. The lever at the center allows you to fine-tune and balance the two sides evenly.

I have received the unit, and it is amazing. I have used this unit just about everyday. It has saved my arm from getting worn out on my manual unit. Trying to roll out wire on a manual rolling mill is more than exhausting. So glad I found this unit. It was almost $1500.00 cheaper than the one I was going to get from a company here in the states.(won’t mention any names). I have emailed Tooltos and they have been very quick to respond and assured me that they stand behind their products. The only down side to this was DHL, (the shipping company)almost lost my order. Had to stay on them for updates. Nevertheless, I am very please with the unit, and will be ordering again from Tooltos in the future.
