Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition

How to Return an Item

  2. Receive authorization - We'll send you return instructions and authorization within 24 hours
  3. Ship your return - Pack the item securely and ship to our return address using a trackable method
  4. Get your refund - Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Shipping costs:

Defective or Damaged Items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.

International Returns

International customers may return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duty fees
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued after the item clears customs inspection at our facility
  • International returns may take 2-4 weeks to process due to customs clearance

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  3. Contact your bank - processing times vary by financial institution
  4. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or if the gift giver received the order first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
