Two Configurations for Different Workflows

Select wet and dry polishing for general compatible jewelry finishing, or add magnetic polishing when your work includes suitable small findings and intricate metal components. Magnetic polishing is available only with the 3-in-1 configuration.

Separate Wet and Dry Polishing Buckets

The wet bucket works with compatible liquid and media to clean and improve suitable metal surfaces. The dry bucket uses suitable dry media without added water for the selected finishing process.

Magnetic Polishing for Detailed Metal Parts

The 3-in-1 version includes a transparent magnetic polishing bucket. Used with compatible magnetic stainless steel pins and polishing liquid, it supports finishing suitable detailed jewelry pieces and small metal findings.

Adjustable Speed from 0 to 360 RPM

Both versions provide a specified 0–360 RPM speed range. Choose settings according to the polishing method, workpiece material, media and machine instructions rather than using one setting for every job.

Basic Operating Steps

Use the following as a general workflow, alongside the machine and polishing-media instructions.

1. Switch off and disconnect the machine. Inspect the selected bucket and install it according to the instructions.
2. Add compatible workpieces and media within the recommended loading limits.
3. Prepare the selected process using the guidance below, secure the bucket and check all required connections.
4. Select suitable operating settings, start the machine and monitor operation.
5. Stop the machine completely and disconnect power before changing buckets or removing workpieces.
6. Separate media or pins. Rinse and dry wet-processed pieces thoroughly, or remove residual dry media from dry-processed pieces.

• Wet polishing: Use the wet bucket, compatible wet media and the recommended polishing liquid.
• Dry polishing: Use the dry bucket and compatible dry media without added water.
• Magnetic polishing, 3-in-1 only: Use the magnetic bucket, compatible magnetic stainless steel pins, water and polishing solution in the amounts specified by the instructions.
