Product Overview
Bring engraving, polishing and carving tasks to a compact jewelry workstation with the Tooltos PRIME407 rotary engraving and polishing machine. Choose a machine set for a complete bench setup or the Handpiece Only option when purchasing a separate handpiece.
The machine set control unit measures 200 × 160 × 95 mm. Select the configuration and handpiece collet size carefully before ordering. Working bits and polishing attachments are not included unless specifically listed.
Choose Your Configuration
- Machine Set 110V: Includes the 110V control unit, rotary handpiece with connecting cable, foot pedal and handpiece stand.
- Machine Set 220V: Includes the 220V control unit, rotary handpiece with connecting cable, foot pedal and handpiece stand.
- Handpiece Only: A separate rotary handpiece, not a complete machine set. The control unit, foot pedal and handpiece stand are not included. A compatible control unit is required for operation; do not connect the handpiece directly to a mains power outlet.
The Handpiece Size option refers to the accessory shank diameter accepted by the handpiece collet: 2.35 mm or 3.00 mm. It does not refer to the overall handpiece dimensions. Basic Operating Steps
- Check the control unit voltage against your local power supply and read the operating instructions. For a separately purchased handpiece, confirm compatibility with your existing control unit before connecting.
- With power disconnected, connect the handpiece and foot pedal as instructed. A foot pedal is supplied with machine sets only.
- Fit and secure a compatible attachment with the correct shank size for the selected collet.
- Secure the workpiece, put on eye protection and prepare a clear, stable work area.
- Select the operating mode and a setting suitable for the attachment and material. Test on scrap material first.
- Guide the handpiece with controlled movements and avoid excessive pressure.
- Switch off and wait for the attachment to stop completely. Disconnect power before changing accessories or cleaning.
Voltage and Plug Information
