About This Melting Furnace
The Tooltos 1800W Electric Jewelry Melting Furnace combines a powerful heating element with PID digital control for repeatable melting results. The ceramic crucible is available in 1KG, 2KG and 3KG capacities. This furnace is designed for copper, aluminum and other non-precious metals. It is not suitable for melting gold, silver or platinum with the ceramic crucible.
PID Digital Temperature Control
The PID module monitors internal temperature every two seconds and adjusts heating output to maintain the target temperature. The digital display shows the current temperature in real time.

This unit ships with a default temperature setting of 1050°C. Make only minor adjustments as needed. Higher settings accelerate heating element wear. Actual chamber temperature may run 50-100°C above the display value, so allow for this margin.
